Cancellation, Return and Exchange
Cancellation Policy:
- You will only be able to cancel the order before its shipment.
- If you cancel your order before it is shipped, the amount will be refunded.
Return Policy:
- In case the order received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at support@iraah.store mentioning your Order ID.
- We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
- If you do not like the product, you will have to raise a return request from your account. Moreover, there is Return/ Exchange option available to choose from and we will arrange a pick up from your doorstep. It is to be noted that Return requests will not be accepted through any other medium like email, Facebook / Instagram chat or phone call.
- When you return the product to the individual delivering the product, it is mandatory to take a receipt either physical or through message. Moreover, in case of lost shipment we will need proof of return by you.
- Refunds would be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received back to us.
- Shipping charges will be applicable in case of return or exchange of the product.
- Any product that is physically damaged.
- If the saree has been ordered with fall and edging.
- A customized product.
- If the Return or Exchange is requested after 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
Exchange Policy:
- An exchange request for a product must be made within 10 days of receiving the product.
- Once we have received the product, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days.
- Exchange is not possible if the saree has fall and edging or customized.
- Return or exchange of already exchanged product is not possible.
- No discount will be given on exchange orders.
